Metro 2039 News and Collector's Edition Updates

Latest: pre-orders are open (October 13, 2026)

Deep Silver opened pre-orders on October 13, 2026 and confirmed three editions: Standard, Deluxe and Collector's. Every pre-ordered edition gets the Specialist Pack, three blueprints for swappable backpack upgrades. The Collector's Edition, with its wearable Spartan helmet, is sold at selected retailers while stocks last.

The same day, Steam listed 15 languages without Russian, and the Epic Games Store page showed PC system requirements, which we confirmed on October 14. UK retailers listed the Collector's Edition at £259.95 and £279.99. See the pre-order guide and the price guide.

Deep Silver's announcement ends with a promise of "lots more to show you in the coming months before release". Earlier in October, the studio marked 50 million METRO games sold and announced a free next-gen update for METRO 2033 Redux and METRO Last Light Redux, a good way to catch up before the new game.
